What the reserve is
Case Reserve Strategy is one Steam account, one item, and one rule. Trading $CS2RS pays a creator fee on Pons. Those fees buy CS20 Cases on the Steam Community Market. The cases land in a public inventory and stay there.
Counter-Strike players have opened tens of millions of containers. This project does the opposite of that, in public, and keeps a running count of how many it has refused to open.
The one rule
Cases opened: 0. That number sits next to the reserve total everywhere it appears, because the restraint is the product. Any case the reserve buys is out of circulation for as long as the project runs.
The reserve does not claim this moves the market, and it does not describe itself as cornering anything. It preserves unopened Counter-Strike history and counts what it holds.
